High Frequency Welding

High-frequency welding has traditionally been used in heat treatment processes. Through our newly developed technique, we have applied this method to achieve effects comparable to partial vacuum furnace welding. It has been successfully implemented in the production of high-end competitive off-road bicycle frames. This process enables welding along irregular curved surfaces with results that are nearly indistinguishable from seamless, one-piece construction. The tensile and yield strength are virtually equivalent to those of monocoque structures.

This innovative welding technology offers customers a brand-new option for designing bicycle frames. It is currently used in higher-strength off-road models to deliver enhanced structural performance. The process is highly adaptable to various shapes and can be applied to a wide range of materials to meet diverse customer needs.
